The Specification:
The Specification is a continuous well insulated air tight envelope from the floor slab to the eaves of the building, and has very little thermal conductivity.

The Performance of the specification is an 80% improvement on current building regulations at a cost of 10% more than building to current building regulations.
The Compatibility:
The Compatibility of the specification with the way we build houses in the UK and Ireland, dormers and bay windows can be made air tight with this system.
Accreditation:
Accreditation The Foresite thermal conductivity value or y factor of 0.04w/m2/k has an EN ISO 10211 certification to be used in the DEAP/SAP software. The Foresite detail is the only specification to have this accreditation.
